Peer Review: Double-blind

Review & Peer-Review Workflow: Initial desk screening → Double-blind peer review (2+ reviewers) → Editorial decision. Review timeline typically 2–3 weeks depending on reviewer availability.
Fees, Waivers & Archiving
Publication: No publication fee charged.
Processing fee (post-acceptance only): Indian authors – ₹750; International authors – $20 USD. Fee to be paid within 7 days of acceptance.
Waivers: Considered only in exceptional cases (tribal, rural scholars, students).
Archiving: All articles are archived digitally and available open access.

Zero tolerance. Submissions are checked with industry standard tools (Turnitin / iThenticate). Authors are expected to maintain a minimum of 90% originality; quoted/referenced material should remain within acceptable limits (10–15% depending on context).
Research Ethics
Originality, authorship transparency, informed consent and ethical clearance for studies involving humans or vulnerable groups, no data fabrication, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and no simultaneous submissions.

Manuscript Structure
Title page separate): Title, Abstract (150–250 words, italic), Keywords (4–6), Introduction, Objectives/Hypotheses, Literature/Theory, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusions & Recommendations, Limitations & Further Research, Acknowledgements (if any), References (APA7).
Languages
Accepts English, Hindi (Unicode/Mangal), Marathi (Unicode/Mangal). Title, Abstract and Keywords must also be provided in English.
